Instant Help is available in two licensing forms - hosted and non-hosted, offering choice where it matters.
With Instant Help, you only pay for the number of concurrent help sessions you plan to support.
This allows you to tap into expertice across your entire organization without increasing your monthly cost!
If your organization already leverages IM, there is even more benefit. Finally, if all the current
help sessions are in use when a new visitor requests help, they are simply placed in a queue until a
help session becomes available.
Hosted
For organizations that lack a dedicated IT department or simply want a turn key solution up and
running immediately with no servers to configure and no software to deploy, Zion offers Instant Help
as a hosted solution. Based on a monthly subscription model, you pay in advance for each month you
plan to use Instant Help and for the number of concurrent help sessions you wish to support. You can
increase or decrease the number of concurrent help sessions you need once a month or even cancel your
subscription altogether. Adjustments to your account will be reconciled on your next bill.

Non-Hosted
For organizations running their own web and enterprise instant messaging (EIM) servers, Zion offers
Instant Help as a non-hosted software solution. Instant Help is licensed based on the number of concurrent
help sessions you wish to support. Instant Help is deployed as licensed software managed by your IT staff.
