Order Processing
In most cases, online store purchases are processed the same business day they are received.
If the order is received outside normal business hours, we will process
your order on the next business day. You should receive an email from
xxxxx @ zion.com with a download URL and license key to unlock the product.
Please check your junk mail or spam folder prior to contacting us about a missing order.
Server-based Licenses
If you are purchasing a JBuddy server-based product, we will require you
to provide a fully qualified hostname in order to issue a server-based
license key. This will be handled via an email exchange between you and Zion Software Product
Support upon receipt of your online order.
No Refund Policy
All of our products are available as a FREE download with a free limited license
and you are able to evaluate our products free of charge prior to a purchase.
As such, it is our policy not to offer any refunds for purchases once a license key has been issued.
