STANDARD In addition to the FREE support level, you are entitled to receive email-based support within two business days of our receipt of your inquiry.
PRIORITY In addition to the STANDARD support level, you are entitled to receive email and live web chat support during business hours M-F 9-5 EST with a response within one business day of our receipt of your inquiry.
BUSINESS CRITICAL In addition to the PRIORITY support level, you are entitled to receive a response within the same business day of our receipt of your inquiry. You will have an assigned point of contact with direct access to the JBuddy Support Team.
